SULFUR DIOXIDE (SO2) DATA REQUIREMENT RULE (DRR) 2019 ANNUAL ONGOING DATA REQUIREMENT REPORT
Pursuant to 40 CFR 51.1205(b) under EPA’s Data Requirement Rule (DRR) for the 2010 1-hour SO2 Primary National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), ADEM is making available for review ADEM’s SO2 DRR 2019 Annual Ongoing Data Requirements Report. This report demonstrates that the sources subject to EPA’s DRR reporting requirement are in compliance with the 1-hour SO2 NAAQS and have had no emissions increase. Therefore, these sources require no additional modeling analysis.
This report is available for public inspection electronically via this link and at the following location Monday – Friday (except legal holidays), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A nominal fee for copying and/or mailing may be charged. Arrangements for copying should be made in advance. Comments will be received until July 5, 2019.
